Step.2 – Choose A Payment Plan – First Task or day FREE

After we have found out your situation and discussed what you really need we will give you the first day or task for FREE.

This will ensure you are happy with your choice to use us and ready to proceed in setting up a monthly subscription for ongoing services.

There are no lock-in contracts so once your month expires you can discontinue services for any reason.

Set-up payment option below by choosing the level of support you need.

Step.3 – Send through Engineering Plans – Design Data

Once all approved, our team can get to work helping you company.

We will require all survey-engineering related data such as:

• IFC Drawings in PDF format (approved)
• Survey Data including site surveys/datums/coordinate systems
• Digital Models received for engineers (CAD or 12D format)
• Bill of quantities excel spreadsheets
• Project Scope and instructions from client (Reports required, Specs & requirements)

With this information our team then can get to work. We can either receive data from email, upload to dropbox or in person.

Step.4 – Quantity Calculations / Model Creation & Reports

Once we have everything we need out team get’s to work producing or the deliverables you set out for us, including:

• Design model creation from IFC Drawings
• Machine Automation model creation for Trimble, Topcon, Leica, & others
• GPS Rover – Total station design models
• Bill of quantities for project (Check approved quantities or create)
• Assist with quote quantities for absolute accuracy
• Weekly or monthly volume tracking for sites
• Design checks for future problems (Clash detection & terrain analysis)
• CAD files, Plans & Conformance reporting
• Design updates & edits

Step.5 – Communication & Support

Now that the project is underway we are here for total support while subscribed. Contact us whenever you need:

• New machine files created
• Volume reporting
